Privacy policy
If you require any more information or have any questions about our privacy policy, please feel free to contact us by email at contact@sat-gps-tracker.com.
At www.sat-gps-tracker.com the privacy of our visitors is extremely important to us. This privacy policy outlines the types of personal information that are received and collected, and how they are used.
Log files
Like many other websites, www.sat-gps-tracker.com makes use of log files. The information inside the log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages and number of clicks to analyse trends, administer the site and gather demographic information. IP addresses and other such information are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.
Location detection
To pre-fill the country in our tracker form, your IP address is sent once, in your browser, to a third-party geolocation provider (ip8.com) which returns an approximate country. This is a convenience only — it is never stored by us, and you can always change the country manually. If the lookup is blocked or fails, the form works exactly the same.
Cookies and web beacons
www.sat-gps-tracker.com makes use of cookies through third parties, e.g. Google Analytics, to understand the behaviour of our visitors and to provide advertising relevant to their interests.
Google AdSense & the DoubleClick DART cookie

Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this and other sites on the internet. These third-party ad servers or ad networks use technology in the advertisements and links that appear on www.sat-gps-tracker.com; they automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. Other technologies (such as cookies, JavaScript or web beacons) may also be used to measure the effectiveness of their advertisements.
www.sat-gps-tracker.com has no access to or control over these cookies used by third-party advertisers. You should consult the respective privacy policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information, as well as for instructions on how to opt out of certain practices.
