A project called Econet Disease Surveillance Network is under development. It is something like the project Energise. Both of the projects were not developed for generating income. The purpose of these was for the welfare of the communities.
The main purpose of the disruptive innovation is replacing the expensive structure with an inexpensive one so that the service is provided with the excluded areas of the population. According to the disruptive innovation, three levels of resolving the problem are there in health area. The first level is called problem-solving via trial and error method.
For example, the doctor can do a lot of tests for diagnosing a health condition. This costs plenty of money. So, at problem-solving level, the cost of health services are relatively high. Another level is called patter-recognition. This level includes trained technicians for conducting test and comparing the outcomes in comparison to the established standards. It means the problem is diagnosed within a few minutes.
At the level of pattern recognition, the cost of health services are lower on account of low opportunity costs. This level includes a routine diagnoses too. It can be done by a less skilled person as well. Normally, it involves the use of common test kits like paper-based diagnosis tests.
