iPhone Helped Police Nab the Thief

In a remarkable incident near Hollywood, robbers were caught using an iPhone app. The iPhone has an app called Find My iPhone, which can track any other Apple device. In the Hollywood area, there were four robberies in a very short space of time. Both residents and police were on alert to head off any trouble and prevent further incidents. Many items, such as wallets, phones and watches, were stolen, and one of them was an iPhone, which proved to be the robbers' bad luck. A local resident who used the iPhone helped the police catch the thieves.

The resident was an avid iPhone user and knew that the built-in app could trace the device. He used his own iPhone to track the stolen phone, and the app provided him with its location. Police relayed this location to their other units, and with the help of a helicopter, after about two hours of pursuit, the robbers' car was caught.

The iPhone has built-in security that works as long as the phone is connected to the internet. The app provides a GPS-based location to any other iPhone. Although the feature has been around for a while, many people cannot use it or are unaware of its existence. The police team was thankful to the resident for helping them track down and catch the gang.
